CMS Landing Builder is a self-service marketing platform built for a Malaysian digital agency that manages campaigns for over 50 SME clients. The platform allows agency staff and clients to create, publish, and A/B test landing pages using a drag-and-drop editor — without touching a line of code. Each landing page is served on a custom subdomain or connected domain, with built-in analytics, form capture, and WhatsApp lead routing tailored for the Malaysian market.
The Challenge
The agency's development team was bottlenecked by constant requests to create or update landing pages for clients. Simple changes like swapping a banner image or updating a phone number required a developer, causing delays of 2–5 business days and straining the team during campaign seasons.
Our Solution
Gotchaa Lab built a headless CMS with a block-based page editor using Next.js and a Strapi backend. Reusable section templates (hero, testimonials, pricing, contact form) can be composed and configured through a visual interface. Automated deployment hooks publish changes to a global CDN within seconds, and a WhatsApp API integration routes all form submissions directly to the client's business number.
